How To Get the Best Results with Detox Salts

Best practices for an effective cleanse.

Run yourself a hot bath—the heat opens your pores, relaxes your muscles, and gets a light sweat going, just like a sauna!

Next, mix in your Detox Salts. For a Gentle Detox, use half the Salt Mix and 1 pack of Baking Soda (included). For a Strong Detox, use the entire bag of the Salt Mix and 2 Baking Soda packs. If you’re looking for a mild cleanse, go gentle. If you're feeling extra stressed, working out hard, or dealing with chronic conditions like chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, or Lyme’s disease, go for the Strong Detox.

Once you’ve chosen your detox level, stir the bath water thoroughly to dissolve the salts. Now, sink in and enjoy a soothing soak for 20-30 minutes. Move around a bit to let every part of your body relax. Breathe. Let your body restore itself.

As you bathe, you might feel your heart beating a little stronger from the heat— this is totally normal. Adjust your body position as needed to stay comfortable.

When you're ready to step out, rise slowly and take a moment to appreciate how your body feels. Then, lightly rinse off in the shower to wash away any sweat or leftover salts.

Finally, make sure you hydrate! We recommend pure, filtered water or a drink with electrolytes to replenish your body.
